A small electronic idle control valve to control idle air flow and idle speed. Setup: The windings come out on pins 1 and 4 for the 2 ends of the first winding and 2 and 3 for the second winding - 55 ohms each. The polarity is best determined by trial and error - if it moves in the wrong direction, either swap pins 1 and 4 or swap pins 2 and 3 with each other.
